The following are the Official Terms and Conditions of Spark Entertainment Production . Contestants must read and adhere to the following terms and conditions in order to participate in the program.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Spark Entertainment Production Pageant reserves the right to make said modifications at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

a. The Candidate should be a bonafide Indian citizen, holding a valid Indian ID Proof, and should be a resident of India as per the applicable laws of India. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) individuals, who are living abroad but have roots in India, can also participate.
b. The Candidate should be between 13 to 30years of age at the time of application.
c. The Candidate might be required to submit proof of age, such as Aadhaar card, Birth Certificate, Driving license, or other valid identification documents.

Personal History:

a. The Candidate should not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against him or her.
b. The Candidate must be single, never married, and have never given birth to a child.
c. The Candidate must be of good health, have no medical history of any mental illness, and possess a good moral character.

Pregnancy:

a. The Candidate should not be pregnant at the time of application.

Participation Requirements:

a. The Candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner as per the schedule provided.
b. The Candidate should not have been married or been through any ceremony, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious, or tribal, which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world.
c. The Candidate should never have had a marriage annulled or had a child or been a parent.

Liability:

a. The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that may occur to the Candidate on account of their participation in the event. The Candidate will participate at his/her own risk and cannot hold Spark Entertainment Production Private Limited liable.

Judges’ Decisions:

a. The Candidate agrees that all decisions of judges at the Local, State, and National levels are final and irrevocable.
b. The Candidate agrees to abide by all regulations at the State and National competitions.
c. Any candidate, family member, or guest exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior at the Pageant will lead to the disqualification of the candidate without refund.

Event Completion and Disputes:

a. The Organizers are not responsible for the non-completion or non-occurrence of the event.
b. In the event of any dispute, the Organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the candidate.
c. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizers.

Pandemic Situations:

a. The Organizers have the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show during any pandemic situation.
b. The application fee/grooming fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
